Created by innovative design master Philippe Starck, the Miss K table lamp brings a delightful duality to its work. When unlit, its transparent PC (polycarbonate) outer diffuser—which is internally finished with a high vacuum aluminization process—rests with a sleek metallic tint. When the lamp is lit, the transparency of the diffuser is evident and it appears as if you’re looking at an x-ray of a lamp. The Miss K features a fully transparent, injection-molded PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate, UL-94 HB) frame and an opal injection-molded PC (polycarbonate; UL-94 V0) internal diffuser. There is a dimmer for 0-100% luminosity and a transparent, polarized cord. The Miss K provides diffused light.
