Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit your local showroom with your original order number and receipt to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original, uninstalled condition and packed securely in all original manufacturer packaging including manuals and hardware.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it at an authorized carrier location, or simply bring the item directly to any ROBINSON showroom.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
